The Financial Concierge - Privacy Policy
Our privacy principle

We collect and use personal information only where it is reasonably connected to the service, transaction, analysis or communication you have requested. We do not sell personal data or use it to build advertising profiles. Financial documents and personal information are treated as confidential. Access is limited to TFC personnel and service providers who need the information to perform the relevant work, subject to applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.

Data should help deliver the service. It should not become the product.

Privacy notice · Effective 26 September 2026

How we handle information.

Who this notice applies to

This notice applies to the public website at tfconline.in, communications with The Financial Concierge (“TFC”, “we”, “us”), and personal information handled by TFC in connection with the services you ask us to provide. A regulated product provider, bank, lender, KYC agency, registrar, technology platform or other third party may provide its own privacy notice for information it handles independently.

Depending on the service, we may collect your name, contact details, identity and KYC information, financial holdings, transaction information, goals, tax or residency information, bank or loan-related information, documents you choose to share, and records of our communications with you.

Our web-hosting and security infrastructure may also generate basic technical logs such as IP address, browser or device information, date and time, and pages requested. We use such information for operation, security and troubleshooting rather than advertising profiling.

You may provide information directly through email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings, documents or a client portal. Where relevant to a service you have requested, information may also be received from product providers, AMCs, RTAs, KYC or account-service providers, banks, lenders, professional advisers or other authorised parties.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, perform analysis you request, facilitate or support transactions, maintain service and regulatory records, communicate with you, manage operational risk and security, comply with applicable law and regulation, and administer the services you choose.

Where necessary for a requested service, information may be shared with relevant regulated entities and service providers such as AMCs, RTAs, KYC registration or verification agencies, banks, lenders, payment or transaction partners, technology providers, professional advisers and regulators. We seek to limit such sharing to information reasonably required for the relevant purpose.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.

The current public website does not deploy first-party behavioural advertising or advertising-profile cookies. Some pages use third-party services, including TradingView for market context and Google Maps for the office map. The Mutual Fund Research tool retrieves scheme information from an external market-data service. These third parties may receive technical information such as your IP address or browser details and may apply their own cookies, storage or privacy practices.

When you follow a link to WhatsApp, the Client Login or another external service, information you provide there is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

If you use the watchlist in the Mutual Fund Research tool, the selected schemes are stored locally in your browser using local storage. The watchlist is not automatically synchronised across devices. Clearing browser storage may remove it.

Client Login opens a separate hosted service at login.tfconline.in. Information processed within that environment may be subject to additional terms, notices and security controls applicable to the portal and its technology provider. Please keep login credentials confidential and do not share passwords or one-time authentication codes with anyone claiming to represent TFC.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so clients should use secure channels and avoid sending sensitive documents to unintended recipients.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any additional period required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, contractual commitments, dispute resolution, audit or legitimate record-keeping needs. When information is no longer required, it should be deleted, anonymised or securely archived as appropriate.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing, subject to information that must continue to be processed or retained under applicable law or regulatory requirements. Subject to applicable law and the provisions in force, you may also request information about personal data held by TFC, ask for correction or updating, request erasure where applicable, and raise a grievance about how your personal data is handled.

To make a privacy request, email operations@tfconline.in with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

TFC’s public website and financial services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from anyone under 18 through the public website. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided to TFC in error, please contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.

Some technology or communication providers may process or store information outside India. Where this occurs, TFC will handle its own responsibilities in accordance with applicable law and the contractual arrangements relevant to the service.

We may update this notice when our services, technology providers or legal and regulatory requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the version currently published on this website.
