Before launching the firm, Amit spent over 20 years inside the engines of global financial giants—leading strategic initiatives and corporate portfolios for institutions like American Express and HDFC. Managing massive P&Ls, structuring corporate solutions, and analysing market risks taught him exactly how institutional wealth is created and protected. But he realized that while institutional clients had access to top-tier wealth strategies, the average private investor was often left navigating high fees and cookie-cutter advice.

Amit founded the firm with a clear, uncompromising mission: to democratize institutional-grade wealth management for private investors through absolute transparency, data-driven frameworks, and unyielding fiduciary alignment.

A seasoned corporate banker with over 18 years of experience across some of the country’s leading financial institutions, Rahul has always believed that entrepreneurs and families deserve a trusted financial partner who understands both sides of their financial lives—the capital they need to manage and grow their businesses, and the wealth they aspire to build and protect. His vision has always been to bridge the gap between complex financial solutions and truly personalised advice, creating a safe and trusted space where clients can discuss their ambitions, navigate challenges, and make confident decisions about their financial future.

This belief inspired him to co-found a corporate debt management and consultancy firm, alongside a modern wealth management platform, built around a simple idea: understand the person behind the numbers, offer honest and practical advice, and build relationships that last.
